WASTE STABILIZATION / TREATMENT PONDS
In terms of cost effectiveness, simplicity of operation, low energy use, maintenance needs, and adaptability in upgrading, waste stabilization ponds are regarded as the environmentally sustainable wastewater treatment system of choice.

Aside from minor or routine maintenance, ponds are designed to operate 10-20 years before requiring sludge removal to increase capacity and maintain DEQ permit approval / renewal.

LANDFILL CONSTRUCTION
